More music for working days…

I’m doing it again…writing something about music. Listening to more and more music on Jamendo every day, I really find great artists on this platform. My newest found is the band “pornophonique” with their album “8-bit lagerfeuer“. I’m really impressed what you can do with the good old GameBoy and C64 🙂 But I think I have written enough, listen to them:

Code swarm for Arch Linux

After reading a thread about codeswarm in our forum, I decided to do such a code swarm for our SVN repository, too. After nearly 420 minutes the final rendering of the frames was finished without any problems. 🙂

I have uploaded it to my vimeo account, there you can downlaod the original video if you like it. Or you can watch it directly here (it would be better to watch it from the website in HD):

Good music while you are working…

Normally I’m not writing about music, but about this I have to. I started to have a deeper look at Jamendo last week and found very good artists there and the best thing about it, the music is free (CC license). At the moment there is one artist whose music is playing all the time while I’m working: Brad Sucks. He released two albums so far and this one is just great:

Support free music and maybe donate something to the artists!
